At Northeast Ohio SPCA Animal Shelter, we believe that every pet deserves a safe, loving, and permanent home. Our dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to provide the best care possible for our animals, and to find them loving homes. Your $25 Registration Fee helps support our Non Profit No Kill Pet Shelter. Thank you for supporting our mission to save and improve the lives of animals in need!
